Cancellation and Refund Policy
The booked ticket may be subject to limitations. Occasionally, if the airline allows for cancellations, credit may be offered for future ticket purchases for similar travellers on the same airline. Typically, airline credits have an expiration date and cannot be used thereafter. We advise consulting our customer service regarding potential credit limits.
We do not guarantee that your booking can be cancelled. If you are holding another flight and wish to utilise your airline credits, you may need to cover any fare difference, airline penalties, and additional charges imposed by the airline or agency. All changes are subject to the fare rules, terms, and conditions of each airline, which are typically non-negotiable.
Most discounted airline tickets, hotel reservations, prepaid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours. If travel has not yet commenced and you contact our customer service centre to cancel, refunds may be possible under the following conditions:

Most “No Show” arrangements are not eligible for any waivers from suppliers. If you are not considered a “No Show,” we will attempt to secure waivers from suppliers to process refund and credit requests.
All discounts are contingent upon airline approval and flight availability, and we cannot determine the processing time for these requests. When you submit a refund/credit request, you will receive a notification email containing the request number at the email address provided or registered. Please note that the request acknowledgment email is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee the approval of refunds or cancellations. We collaborate with providers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to offer discounts. Occasionally, we may need to submit a special request to the airline or other supplier. You will be informed of the supplier's decision once we receive confirmation.
Airlines and agencies usually impose fees when processing a refund request. The entire process may take 60-90 days from the time a request is submitted. In addition to any penalties imposed by airlines and other suppliers, FBC Travels may charge for post-booking services.
