Post-Ticketing Service Fees
Agent-Assisted Cancellations
- Eligibility: Applies exclusively to cancellations requested within 24 hours of booking on websites.
- Fees Per Ticket (Per Passenger): Fees are charged on a per-ticket, per-passenger basis and are subject to airline fare rules and availability.
- Domestic Flights: $50
- International Flights: $100
- Business and First Class: $100
For cancellations and refunds beyond 24 hours, the following agent-assisted fees apply:

- Cancellation with Future Credit: $75
- Cancellation with Refund: $150
- International:
- Cancellation with Future Credit: $75
- Cancellation with Refund: $250
- Air - Business/First
- Domestic:

For changes to existing tickets (exchanges), the following fees apply
- Ticket Value Under $1000: Exchange fee of up to $200 per passenger.
- Ticket Value $1000 or more: Exchange fee of $200 or 15% of the ticket value, whichever is higher.
For special services, the following agent-assisted waivers apply:
- Air - Economy
- Domestic: $75
- International: $100
- Air - Business/First
- Domestic: $100
- International: $200
For agent assistance regarding refunds or future airline credits, fees may apply in various situations, including:
- Death or bereavement
- Duplicate bookings
- Infant-related issues
- Medical conditions
- Military-related changes
- Name changes or corrections
- No-show situations
- Reinstating tickets
- Routing changes
- Ticket validity issues
- UNMR (Unaccompanied Minor)
- Visa or Schengen visa-related problems
We provide exclusive discounts through our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) for Military personnel, those experiencing Bereavement, and individuals who are Visually Impaired.
All refunds and future credits from airlines are governed by the specific fare rules, policies, and procedures of each airline.
- Service fees will be converted to your local currency during the payment process.
- Passenger categories include Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military.
Service fees for any changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits will be applied on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis.

‡ Similar to our transaction service fees (booking fees), all service fees incurred after ticketing are non-refundable and may change without prior notice. These fees are in addition to any charges imposed by airlines or other suppliers.
Government taxes and fees may vary. You will only be charged the final amount displayed or quoted by our agent.
1The majority of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible if the fare rules of our Travel Suppliers permit cancellations and refunds, and if your request has been accepted, you are not classified as a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are ineligible for any supplier waivers for refund processing), and if we can obtain waivers from suppliers to process your cancellation and refund request.
2Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds and future credits are subject to the fare rules, policies, and procedures of the airline.
3Special Services are available only upon request and are subject to the airline's review and approval, along with their fare rules, policies, and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged when the service is provided and will only be refunded if the airline denies the request.
Name Misspelling - The passenger's name on the airline ticket must match their passport or other universally accepted government ID.
Visa/Passport - A Visa/Passport decline letter is typically required to process a request.
Baggage - Please retain all relevant information.
Documentation explaining why you could not make your scheduled departure will be necessary for a No-Show.
For Denied Boarding, you will need to provide documentation detailing the reasons for being denied boarding on your scheduled departure.
In the case of Duplicate Tickets, you must submit copies of all tickets that show the identical itineraries booked with us to process a refund request.
All self-service tools will incur the same fees as outlined in the fees grid above.
